take all 3 of these ladders to the Alcove @ Bandelier National Monument. it's a doozy of a climb....if you're afraid of heights I don't recommend it. as many times I've been up there, this time I got scared s**tless coming down....but I made it:-)...still a great adventure!

so I figured out my camera...actually a photographer friend did...it was a button pushed which I didn't know controlled the focus. now it's centered and locked into place. hopefully I can't screw up photos as much anymore. lesson learned and a good one @ that.....:-)

murphy's law photography

so last week I took photos @ an invent that was pretty damn important. it was murphy's law night with my camera. I had trouble focusing that night for sum reason. so today I borrow the neighbor's dogs to see if I could figure out what the hell happened...I mean out of 300 photos, I only had 185 left after deleting and editing....go figure. well I had the same problems today with the dogs and neighbor. came home and played with camera sum more but knot until after taking the camera to a photo store in hopes they could tell me something, but nothing. so maybe I've figured out, but won't know until I try again with more subjects. perhaps it was nothing but murphy's law day...I sure hope so!

meet mom....she came and went last week. she had a great visit. she really enjoyed the Balloon Fiesta and Bandelier National Monument where the above photo was taken. I can rest now. she wore me out....lol she has more energy than I do..go figure...lol Life is Good again:-)

took my mother to Bandelier yesterday...she's in town visiting...as we drove in, this guy was sliding across the road. I jumped out with my camera to capture him, but knot too close...you may need to click on photo for a larger view. he's a beauty and huge...more photos on our adventure to come.
